► By boat from England: Brittany Ferries leave from Portsmouth, Plymouth and Poole. We recommend getting foot passenger
tickets to Roscoff, St.Malo,
Cherbourg, Caen or Le Havre, and continuing by train or car. Please contact
us, we can help you find a train or lift, to and from Plouay.
If you wish to do a car-share, fill in the table below asap. The cars may leave
from England or from France. Organising the car share before booking your
boat crossing reduces the cost considerably!
► By train and bus
: From Lorient, there is a bus to Plouay. Let us know if you choose it.

► Schedule: We will be expecting you on Thursday, 31st July, from
3 p.m onwards at Le Hameau.
The workshop will end on Sunday, 3rd August, at 3 p.m.

► Accommodation is
available on the nights of
Wednesday 30th and Sunday 3rd, before and after the workshop: Please let us
know if you wish to arrive on Wednesday evening and/or stay on Sunday evening.
► Meals: Prepared by the Comté team, vegetarian, local produce
and garden vegetables, the meals are a real treat. Simply delicious. The team
takes care of any food allergies. Please send us an email about any food
allergies before 15th July.
What to bring to the workshop:
► Waterproofs and sun protection: Rain
gear and a change of clothes. Walking shoes. Brittany can be unpredictable.
Cool nights and showers are possible, as is the hot sun!
► Comfort: We will often
sit in a circle on the floor, outside or in the yurt. Bring something
comfortable to sit or lie on.
► Your camping equipment: A
tent, groundsheet, sleeping bag, sheet and pillowcase may be useful. Torch,
water bottle. There are dry toilets on site, a shower in the main building. If
you have a solar camp shower, this is a good opportunity to bring it along!
► We can lend you equipment - If
you are travelling without a car and need to be lent any equipment, (tent,
blanket, cushion etc) please let us know by 15th July.
► If you are prone to ticks: We
recommend a bottle of oil (rapeseed or olive) with garlic macerated in it.
Clove essential oil (repellent) and tea tree essential oil (disinfectant).
► Everything you need to present your projects: Whether they are professional, activist or other, we will offer you the
opportunity to share them. Bring whatever materials you want - flyers,
documents, publications, etc., this is a space for telling us about them!
► Celebrate
creativity! If you play an instrument, or have poems to share,
games, or other fun activities, bring them along... We’re here together for
that too!

Payment: If
you pay in euros (455) you can do a transfer to Roseaux Dansants’ bank.
If you prefer to pay in pounds, please bring cash (385) as Roseaux’s account
is in France.

Icing on the cake! Dancing
Reeds is
caretaker of a little strip of wildlife-rich land by an unspoilt Breton beach,
on the North coast. After the workshop, we go there to rest, play, eat and
celebrate! There are tents for guests (no charge). All are welcome to come and
hang out.
